General Information
By purchasing lessons, critiques, study plans, or any other educational services from me, you agree to the following Terms of Service.I am an independent art instructor offering guidance based on my personal experience and knowledge. I am not a certified educator or professional art instructor.Payments* Payment must be completed before services are provided unless otherwise agreed upon.
* Prices are listed in USD.
* Failure to pay may result in cancellation of the service.Lessons* Lessons are intended for educational purposes only.
* I will do my best to provide helpful guidance, feedback, and instruction, but I cannot guarantee artistic improvement, professional success, or specific results.
* Students are responsible for completing any practice or assignments on their own time.Scheduling & Rescheduling* Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to reschedule a lesson.
* Lessons missed without notice may not be refunded.
* If I need to cancel or reschedule, I will provide as much notice as possible and arrange a new time.Refund Policy* Single lessons may be refunded if canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.
* Completed lessons are non-refundable.
* Critiques, study plans, portfolio reviews, and other completed digital services are non-refundable once work has begun.
* Subscription payments are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started.Critiques & Feedback* Feedback is based on my personal artistic knowledge and opinions.
* Critiques are intended to help students improve and should not be considered professional industry evaluations.Student ConductI reserve the right to refuse service or terminate lessons if a student:* Is repeatedly disrespectful or hostile.
* Engages in harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior.
* Makes me feel unsafe or uncomfortable.In such cases, refunds may be issued at my discretion.Copyright & Artwork Ownership* Students retain ownership of their artwork.
* I do not claim ownership of artwork submitted for critiques or lessons.
* By submitting artwork, you grant me permission to view and discuss it for educational purposes.Privacy* Personal information shared during lessons will not be publicly disclosed.
* Screenshots, recordings, or student artwork will not be shared publicly without permission.Recording Lessons* Please ask before recording lessons.

I will take your artwork and build video lessons made to help you improve.I prioritize constructive feedback rather than harsh criticism.Optional assignments/homework may be given between lessons. Theres no pressure in completing them, and if you’d prefer me to go over them again in a video lesson i’d be happy to do so.I won’t try to change your art style.
